Valentines Day is now here again and yet it seems not so long ago that we celebrated the last time. We have lots of exciting plans for the coming months as our Love Smoothie brand expands world wide.
We aim to be the brightest and most scrumptious smoothie company in Europe, selling the best products on the planet, and step by step we are moving towards our goal.
We sold more smoothies in the summer than we have since we started. More than 8000 people a day enjoyed one of our delicious Smoothies in August.
In the coming months we have some new products rolling out:
- Our new product with 50% fruit and 50% yoghurt, all in one easy to use bag is being readied for production as I write.
- Freshly-made bottled smoothies are also in the pipeline and we have been Beta-Testing them at a university and airport.
I’d like to extend a very warm welcome to Austin who has joined the team in Las Palmas. Austin is responsible for local and international financial control.
A big welcome also to the lovely Colleen who is now in charge of communication. It’s great to have you both on board!
I’d want to finish by saying a very big THANK YOU to all the many wonderful people who have helped us place our Smoothies in more locations and more countries than ever before. You’re great!

October is now almost upon us and yet here in Gran Canaria (in the Canary Islands) the summer still seems to be in full swing. The skies are blue and the temperatures are in the mid 20 s C.
We have lots of exciting plans coming up in the coming months as our Love Smoothie brand expands world wide.
We aim to be the brightest and most scrumptious smoothie company in Europe, selling the best products on the planet, and step by step we are moving towards our goal.
We sold more smoothies in August 2010 than we have in any other month since we started. More than 8,000 people a day enjoyed one of our delicious Smoothies in August.
In the coming months we have some brand new products rolling out:
- Our on-location Smoothie Bar will soon be a reality and a common site around the Islands.
- Love Shakes – our brand new product made with milk is coming to a bar near you very soon
- Freshly-made bottled smoothies are also in the pipeline and we will be Beta-Testing them before Christmas
- For those folks who love their Cocktails our brand new Smoothie Cocktails are also almost ready for release

We started this company because we love Smoothies. Things got a bit bigger than we originally thought and now we supply 100% real fruit flash-frozen Smoothies to cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs and hotels throughout the Canary Islands and the UK.
We are even expanding the Love Smoothie family to set up distributors in Spain, Ibiza, Mallorca, Germany, France, Greece, France, Portugal, Italy, Holland and Cyprus.
In a short period of time our IQF Smoothies have become the drink to be seen with throughout the islands.
